I Am Me Naturally is a subsidiary company of Thomas Community Consulting LLC. At TCC, we believe in giving back to the communities that support us. As part of the I Am Me Naturally movement, TCC, donates a portion of the proceeds of calendar and merchandise to a nonprofit organization in the community. Here you will find detailed information on how your organization can be considered.
Organizations must meet the following requirements for eligibility:
Verifiable 501(c)(3) status
Must be founded and operated by an African American
95% of population served by your organization must be African American
Physical address within specified state of operation (cannot be a home-based organization)
Must complete registration form and submit up to a 200-word description of the mission, purpose, programs and overall impact of your organization in the lives of African American girls. (must submit an annual report along with your registration form)
Must be an organization that provides services, assistance or intervention for African American girls in key areas of need (i.e. after school programming, tutoring, career exploration, college prep, teen pregnancy, cultural education, academic enrichment, recreation/sports, HIV/AIDS, mentoring etc.)
Organization must be able to provide a written letter of acknowledgement or a donation receipt.

Online registration ends at 5 p.m. on Friday, October 9.
Week of October 12
The Review Committee will select five finalists to receive the donation. Finalists will be posted online at www.IAmMeNaturally.com.
Monday, October 31st
Selected nonprofit announced.
The selected nonprofit organization will receive a donation of no less than $250 and will be presented with their check on Saturday, November 5 at their agency.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Donations are offered only to 501(c)(3) “charitable” organizations.
Entry: To qualify for the I Am Me Naturally donation for your nonprofit, the official entry form (maximum one entry per organization) must be completed. You will be asked to provide a contact’s first and last name, e-mail address, the address and telephone number of the organization, a list of communities served, number of employees and volunteers, mission, logo, photographs, definition of need, impact statement, a statement of what the donation will be used for, proof of 501(c)(3) status. All fields must be complete for eligibility and verifiable proof of 501(c)(3) status must be provided to Thomas Community Consulting. The person of contact for the nonprofit organization must be over the age of 18 and agrees to be contacted via e-mail about selection information. The organization’s name and statement of need will be posted online at www.IAmMeNaturally.com, but all other nonprofit information will be used solely by Thomas Community Consulting. No nonprofit organization information will be sold, shared or given away. Nonprofits organizations can unsubscribe to any I Am Me Naturally e-mail list serve by visiting www.IAmMeNaturally.com.
Eligibility: Donations are offered only to 501(c)(3) “charitable” organizations with a business location and only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of submission. 501(c)(3) “charitable” organizations that have received a I Am Me Naturally donation in the past are not eligible to receive it again. Thomas Community Consulting will not be responsible for late, misdirected or lost entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. The authorized account holder of the e-mail address and the entrant must be the same person. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All submissions become the property of Thomas Community Consulting and will not be returned. Organization contact may be requested to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected submission.
Finalist Selection: Five finalists will be selected and announced by a Review Committee at TCC. The review committee will select finalists based on the quality of submissions and statements of need.
Donation: TCC will assess the need of the organizations and provide a donation of no less than $250. Organization must be able to provide a written letter of acknowledgement or a donation receipt.
Accepting Donations: The selected organizations consent to the use of their names, cities, states, photographs and personnel voices for editorial, advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Organizations agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Thomas Community Consulting and all media outlets from all claims, costs, expenses, liabilities or damages arising out of or pertaining to the acceptance, use, misuse or the possession of the donation received.
No Assignments: Nonprofits agree that they may not assign their rights, or delegate their obligations herein.
General Conditions: Nonprofits agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the selection of Thomas Community Consulting, This donation is governed by the laws of the United States and is void where restricted or prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees and surcharges associated with the donations are the sole responsibility of the organization.
Use of Name: Each organization further grants to Thomas Community Consulting the right to use the organization’s name, city and state online and in print or any other media, in connection with the submission. Acceptance of the donation constitutes permission for Thomas Community Consulting and its advertising and promotional agencies to use selected organization’s name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By submitting, participants release and hold harmless Thomas Community Consulting, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the donation. Restrictions, conditions and limitations apply.
Conduct: By registering for the donation, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at www.IAmMeNaturally.com. Organizations further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Review Committee that shall be final and binding in all respects. Thomas Community Consulting reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of the Official Rules, acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Limitations of Liability: Thomas Community Consulting is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users. Thomas Community Consulting reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the request for submissions.

TCC will update its website, Facebook page and Twitter account regularly with donation selection information and updates.
